In the 3RD heat of Breakfast Rocks with Tony’s Socks Anthony cooks up a quick sandwich for a man that’s on the go. Cheddar cheese, potato bread, and his favorite turkey bacon co-star in this production with a special guest appearance from Tony’s fly swim socks. The bacon grilled cheese is a nice cheesy, buttery, crunchy treat to make, grab, and go!
INGREDIENTS:
2 Pieces of bread
4 pieces of Cheddar Cheese
2 pieces of Turkey Bacon
2 teaspoons of Butter
METHOD:
- In a saute pan over medium heat spray your pan with cooking spray and place bacon inside the pan. Cooking until bacon is golden brown on both sides and place on a paper towel when done
- Butter the outside of both pieces of your bread and place butter side down in a medium heat pan.
- Place a piece of cheese on each piece of bread.
- Split the two pieces of turkey bacon in half and put them on each piece of bread.
- Place another piece of cheese on top of the bacon on both pieces of bread.
- As cheese begins to melt flip one piece of bread on top of the other.
- Cook until both sides of the bread are golden brown, cut in half, and enjoy!
